  • The Widget Factory Festival

On 1 September 2018 the Tartu 2024 team contributed at The Widget Factory Festival with four secret stages, a community greenhouse, and a drawing spot for children.

The stages with musical performances invited Tartuvians to undiscovered places in the Vaksali district. Locations were unveiled no more than an hour before the performances started, adding a layer of unexpectedness. At the same time, we built a community greenhouse by reusing old windows and drew pictures about Tartu with the smaller visitors of the festival.
