Kultuurikompass (Culture Compass) is Tartu 2024's capacity building programme for cultural managers. In the ramp up years, Kultuurikompass consists mainly of open forums for cultural managers, entrepreneurs and others that facilitates experience sharing.
The forums help entrepreneurial and responsible cultural managers find new and more diverse audiences, and achieve their goals. The forums will spread from Tartu to Southern Estonia.
Tartu's cultural managers have indicated challenges concerning volunteer involvement, environmentally friendly management and finding international partners and professionals. The forums aim to address these and other related issues.
